Production Description:
This kind of method can accurately test base material surface tension, surface wetting and determine base material surface factors before work whether qualifies the requirements so as to adjust the ink, coating, viscosity to work. There are 30 to 72 mN/m 21 kinds surface capacity test inks (each differs 2mN/m). The dyne test pen(38mN/m)can be used as a surface capacity quickly test tool after corona treatment, but not for a already printed or coated surface system testing. When the test pen to draw a line on the corona treated surface, if the line is continuous, shows that the material surface capacity is not less than 38 mN/m, if is intermittent, shows that the material surface capacity is less than 38 mN/m, insufficient processing or even not processing, do not conform to the requirements of the printing process. Surface tension, surface wet strength for accurate determination of printing ink and other materials in the surface of the bonding situation is very clear and standard, but there are other factors influencing viscosity, such as electrostatic and various additives. These factors during the test, however, seldom show, even test result is very good but not required. So it needs to discuss these technical problems with raw material suppliers. In general, the above situation is not going to happen to them, and the surface value is in 38-41 mN/m which can meet the requirements of viscosity. If surface tension is below 37 mN/m, will cause a lot of white pages (no printing content), and viscosity is bad when it is below 35 MN/m.
